JC Engineering, Inc. is a small business, full-service engineering and surveying firm with one office located in Wareham, Massachusetts. The firm was started by John L. Churchill Jr., P.E. in 1998 and incorporated in 2001. As a former member of the Wareham Planning Board, Mr. Churchill is well versed in the decision process of town boards. Additionally, Mr. Churchill gained a significant amount of professional development while providing local Planning Boards and Conservation Commissions with subdivision, site plan and notice of intent review services directly out of college. This experience has become the backbone of JC Engineering, Inc. and our vast knowledge of Various Town Boards By-laws, Regulations, Subdivision Rules and Regulations and State

JC Engineering provides engineering services to municipal, commercial, and private clients in the areas of wastewater, waterworks, stormwater, coastal structures, and residential and commercial site development. We assist our clients typically in all phases of their projects, including conceptual planning, alternatives evaluation, final design, bidding and selection of a contractor, construction inspection and construction administration.
JC Engineering is well versed in the various regulations that must be complied with on a local, state, and regional level to assist our clients in acquiring the necessary approvals from reviewing agencies. Our work in the private sector has been primarily in site design and permitting. JC Engineering, Inc. is considered an expert in the field of sewage disposal systems, alternative treatment, site design and layout and stormwater management. Our projects range in location from Cape Cod to the entire Southeast Region of Massachusetts.
